    Summary:

    Ensure that supplies are received correctly. Deliver supplies and maintain the Central Supply Department in a clean, organized and functional condition. Receive and distribute supplies throughout the organization and maintains control of supplies for all hospital departments.

    Responsibilities:

    EDUCATION

    + High School diploma or GED

    EXPERIENCE

    + Store room area or inventory control experience preferred

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

    + Complete arithmetic computations

    + Maintain a large store room containing a variety of medical and other supplies and equipment

    + Prepare and maintain records of requisition

    + Read, understand and maintain records of purchase orders and storeroom operations

    + Plan and efficiently arrange the storage of a variety of supplies and equipment

    + Maintain inventory records to insure adequate stock
