    Job Title: Survey DrafterAbout the Role

     

    Are you passionate about precision and detail? Join our dynamic team as a Survey Drafter, where your expertise will help shape accurate maps and plans that drive successful projects. You’ll transform field data into high-quality drawings, working closely with surveyors and engineers to deliver results that meet the highest industry standards.

    What You’ll Do

    + Create detailed survey plans, plats, and related documents using CAD software.

    + Interpret field notes, sketches, and electronic data to produce precise drawings.

    + Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

    + Organize and maintain project files and documentation.

    + Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to resolve discrepancies and keep projects on track.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.

    + Solid understanding of surveying principles and terminology.

    + Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

    + Ability to read and interpret legal descriptions and survey data.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    Bonus Points For:

    + Experience with GIS software.

    + Knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Berlin, CT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
