    We are seeking a highly skilled Architect Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing design and technical solutions, producing construction documents, and ensuring compliance with building and zoning codes. This role requires collaboration with project architects and managers to execute construction administration tasks and maintain project files efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop design and technical solutions under the supervision of a Project Architect.

    + Produce construction documents under general supervision.

    + Assist in data collection, documentation, and analysis for programming and existing facilities assessment.

    + Perform building and zoning code compliance reviews.

    + Participate in construction administration tasks including submittal review, requests for information (RFIs), addenda, and construction site visits.

    + Maintain project files and assess, solve, and document-related issues during construction.

    + Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD with 3+ years of experience.

    + Bachelors of Architecture degree.

    + 3+ years of experience in public or municipal architecture.

    + 3+ years of experience working in pre-design, programming, design, and completing construction documents.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with architectural design, drafting, and construction documents.

    + Knowledge in public works and retail design.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
