+ Identify opportunities to expand product lines, improve profitability, and strengthen market share.

+ Represent customer requirements, sustainability priorities, and regulatory needs in product development.

+ Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research, customer interviews, and competitive assessments.

+ Support marketing efforts with product positioning, training, presentations, and promotional content.

+ Build and lead BU-level digital product data architecture and dynamic databases for analysis and decision-making.

+ Inspire cross-functional teams with clear communication of strategic goals and partner with customers, designers, leadership, finance, legal, and IP resources.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

+ Minimum of 5 years of business experience. Proven experience in product management, portfolio strategy, and commercialization.

+ Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to influence across teams.

+ BA in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
