Job Title: QC Analytical TrainerJob Description
We are seeking a QC Analytical Trainer who will be responsible for developing curriculum and analyzing training strategies to identify training requirements and evaluate training effectiveness. You will ensure that QC personnel are adequately trained on all critical documents, bridging any gaps in the training curriculum, while demonstrating mastery knowledge of Aseptic Cell Therapy QC method execution.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and analyze training strategies to identify training requirements and evaluate training effectiveness.
+ Create key training KPIs for senior management.
+ Ensure QC personnel are trained on all critical documents and there are no gaps in the training curriculum.
+ Demonstrate mastery knowledge of Aseptic Cell Therapy QC method execution.
+ Evaluate job proficiency and skills while correcting and coaching workmanship and technique.
+ Actively monitor QC personnel’s technique and provide feedback to trainees and managers.
+ Train on specialized laboratory instrumentation and methods, becoming an SME for the lab.
+ Ensure QC personnel are trained on SOP/Method/Work Instruction revisions promptly.
+ Maintain training records and monitor KPIs for training effectiveness.
+ Participate in audits for training-related questions and provide evidence of training.
+ Facilitate timely resolution and closeout of corrective and preventive actions related to training.
+ Partner with the Corporate Training Department to design and deploy an effective training program.
+ Establish and revise technical educational training materials.
+ Coordinate training related to Operational Excellence initiatives.
+ Contribute to advances in business process workflow activities.
+ Provide technical writing support for training-related processes and procedures.
+ Manage SOP revisions and continually improve the QC training program.
+ Prepare material for new training programs and onboarding aids.
+ Guide and train new QC hires during the onboarding phase.
+ Stay current on training methodologies and strategies.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a related life science discipline.
+ 3+ years of experience in a cGMP Quality Control Laboratory environment.
+ Experience in Quality Control with basic knowledge of analytical methods and processes.
+ Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Office.
+ 2+ years of experience in a training role preferred, particularly in on-the-job training.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to facilitate and conduct on-the-job training for QC personnel.
+ Experience in delivering timely on-the-job technical training, including new hire training and cross-training.
+ Experience in cGMP documentation and general lab skills training.
Work Environment
The role requires appropriate lab attire and the ability to work with specialized instrumentation. You should be comfortable handling standard/moderate noise levels within the laboratory and manufacturing facility. The environment may expose you to infectious diseases, hazardous materials, and chemicals, requiring universal precautions. The work environment includes gowning, hair nets, safety glasses, gloves, and foot coverings, operating within a professional office environment of a manufacturing operations plant. Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers are routinely used, with seating options including open space, cubicle, and office space.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allendale, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $42.00/hr.
