Job Title: Engineering Project Controls Analyst
Job Description
This role entails providing engineering project control support independently with minimal supervision. The Engineering Project Controls Analyst will be responsible for planning, implementing, reviewing, and maintaining processes for project startup, execution, and closeout. Additionally, the Analyst will offer professional consultation and insights into project data management, perform detailed reviews of project time charges, support project managers in executing adjustments, and monitor invoices through the submittal and payment process.
Responsibilities
+ Revise, monitor, and exercise configuration control of contract and project documents.
+ Oversee tracking reports content and manage critical data and project scopes/SOWs.
+ Track and advise Project Management teams on project configuration and associated documentation such as work authorizations, task orders, purchase orders.
+ Identify requirements for and manage records of release documents as defined by customer contracts.
+ Engage in new business proposals and support the development of manpower and cost estimates.
+ Develop and execute reporting procedures to present project status and work valuation and track contract deliverable records.
+ Develop and present program level project performance reviews.
+ Audit existing expenditure and ensure billed costs are aligned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree with three or more years of equivalent work experience, or Associate's Degree with five or more years equivalent work experience.
+ Experience in various aspects of Engineering Project Coordination in the utility industry or comparable field.
+ Experience in Accounting and Business Financial Management.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
