The ERP Analyst works on the product management team and is responsible for organizing, documenting, and executing analytic tasks across the organization. This role will work with departments to document existing processes and recommend ways to improve and simplify those processes. This role will also help with the overall project management and execution of the product management team. This includes working with the product team, technical teams, other departments and third-party suppliers on open projects and helping drive successful completion. You will be a subject matter expert in data and analytics and help deliver on the analytical requirements of all departments throughout the organization.

Expectations:

• Provides business process architecture that improves the overall operation of Martin Bros.

o Document existing business processes. This includes the business requirements and the technical architecture that accommodates them.

o Work with departments on continuous improvement opportunities to simplify and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes throughout the organization.

o Work with leadership to understand the vision of the organization and develop a roadmap to support that vision.

o Present the processes and architectures to get buy-in from all impacted parties and ensure there will be no business disruptions.

• Be a subject matter expert in data analytics and provide business analysis throughout the organization.

o Work with all departments on their reporting and analytics needs. Focusing on the key outcomes and determining how to get there with the data we have available.

o Product self service analytical capabilities so departments are able to effectively run their business independently.

• Organize and drive the workload of the product and technical teams for efficiency.

o All work done by the product and technical teams must be captured within our development system. This work should have proper updates, statuses, and timelines.

o As new requirements are uncovered this role will help to keep teams organized and working efficiently.

o Ensure that all work is properly completed and documented.
