Robert Half is partnering with our client, a global leader in multi-channel marketing and customer engagement, to recruit a Digital Asset Manager. This role supports the evolution and global scaling of an enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, driving workflow optimization, system integrations, and AI innovation.

    Duration: 11-month contract

    Hours: 40 hours/week

    Pay Rate: $50-54/hour

    Position Overview:

The Digital Asset Manager will architect, enhance, and scale workflows within the Orange Logic DAM platform. You’ll lead AI-driven automation, build integrations with key MarTech systems, and partner with global creative, media, and marketing teams. This role requires deep technical DAM expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and experience supporting large, cross-functional marketing organizations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Workflow Design & Optimization

+ Improve and extend DAM workflows (ingestion, approvals, versioning, metadata, distribution, archival).

+ Support global rollout across North America, Europe, and new locales.

+ Establish workflow standards, governance, and best practices.

    AI Innovation

+ Implement native AI capabilities (auto-tagging, content intelligence, quality control, AI agents).

+ Identify automation opportunities to enhance discoverability, efficiency, and accuracy.

+ Measure impact of AI features and optimize based on performance.

    System Integrations

+ Configure integrations between Orange Logic and tools like Smartsheet, Sprinklr, review/approval platforms, rights management systems, and other MarTech tools.

+ Build API connections to streamline cross-team workflows.

+ Partner with creative, media, and post-production agencies on asset ingestion and distribution pipelines.

    Documentation & Governance

+ Create documentation, training guides, and knowledge bases.

+ Maintain governance across permissions, approvals, metadata, and compliance.

+ Conduct workflow audits and support rights-management processes.

    Requirements

    Basic Qualifications:

+ 5+ years in DAM administration, workflow management, or marketing technology operations.

+ Hands-on experience with Orange Logic, including workflows, configuration, and integrations.

+ Proven ability to design end-to-end DAM workflows (ingestion → approval → distribution → archival).

+ Experience with API integrations and technical troubleshooting.

+ Strong communicator with stakeholder-facing experience.

+ Data-driven approach to measuring efficiency and optimization.

+ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Library Science, or related field (or equivalent).

    Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience implementing AI features in DAM systems.

+ Exposure to additional platforms (Bynder, Widen, AEM, Nuxeo).

+ Scripting or automation experience (Python, JavaScript, REST APIs).

+ Familiarity with Smartsheet, Sprinklr, Asana/Monday, Frame.io, Ziflow.

+ Knowledge of rights management workflows.

+ Experience collaborating with creative & media agencies.

+ Background in global marketing operations and scaling systems internationally.
