Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tonawanda, New York. Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and efficient assistance to customers through inbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

• Organize and manage files to ensure easy access and proper record-keeping.

• Uphold company standards in customer interactions and contribute to the overall satisfaction of clients.

• Assist in identifying and implementing solutions to improve service processes.

• Monitor customer issues and follow up promptly to ensure resolution.

• Maintain an attentive and approachable demeanor in all communications.

• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Participate in team meetings and provide input to enhance service strategies. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

• Proficiency in order entry systems and maintaining accurate records.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to organize files and manage documentation efficiently.

• Comfortable answering inbound calls and addressing customer needs.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
