Description We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Davenport, Florida. In this role, you will support the sales team by assisting with the presentation of new homes to potential buyers and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the process. This position offers an excellent opportunity to engage with prospective clients, showcase model homes, and contribute to a detail-oriented and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present model homes to prospective buyers, ensuring properties are visually appealing and ready for tours.

• Operate security systems, inspect properties, and facilitate adjustments to enhance the overall appearance.

• Greet and build rapport with potential clients to understand their housing needs and preferences.

• Track visitor traffic and collect information on how prospects discovered the community.

• Provide guided tours of model homes, addressing any questions and concerns from prospective buyers.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and communication.

• Record daily activities, maintain documentation, and complete required paperwork accurately.

• Close and secure model homes at the end of the day while maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

• Monitor and document necessary changes or improvements to the properties.

• Respond promptly to inquiries and assist with resolving any issues or concerns. Requirements • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Ability to demonstrate a proactive and diplomatic approach when addressing customer needs.

• Exceptional presentation and customer service skills to create a positive experience for prospective buyers.

• Familiarity with inside sales, direct sales, and inbound/outbound sales processes.

• Capacity to adapt and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.

• Detail-oriented and approachable demeanor to establish trust with clients.
