Description

We are looking for a skilled Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Newport, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee a range of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. This position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the retail industry by supporting organizational goals and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into their roles.

• Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on enrollment and eligibility.

• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR operations.

• Oversee payroll processing using ADP to ensure timely and accurate payments.

• Support corporate recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.

• Develop and implement HR policies to align with organizational goals.

• Provide training and guidance to employees on HR-related topics.

• Collaborate with management to identify and address workforce needs.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR functions.

Requirements • Proven experience in human resources roles, including employee relations and onboarding.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems and familiarity with maintaining employee records.

• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll processing and related systems.

• Solid understanding of employee benefits administration.

• Strong background in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition.

• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
