    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact by ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and supporting administrative tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Open the office each morning by turning on lights, tidying spaces, and managing cleanup as necessary.

    • Welcome clients upon arrival and guide them to the appropriate locations.

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the reception area to create a detail-oriented atmosphere.

    • Oversee mail sorting and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate recipients.

    • Load and empty the dishwasher regularly to keep communal spaces functional.

    • Assist with lifting and managing packages as needed.

    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

    • Operate basic office equipment efficiently and handle administrative tasks with accuracy.

     

    Requirements • Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles.

     

    • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.

    • Proficiency in using basic office equipment, such as printers and phones.

    • Organizational skills to efficiently manage mail, packages, and office tidiness.

    • Ability to handle light physical tasks, such as lifting packages.

    • Excellent verbal communication skills for welcoming and directing visitors.

    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to daily responsibilities.
