    Associate Financial Planner

     

    About the Role

     

    We’re seeking an Associate Financial Planner to join a boutique wealth management firm supporting high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth families. This role offers direct mentorship from an advisor and hands‑on exposure to comprehensive financial planning, investment analysis, and long‑term client strategy. You’ll step into a path with clear progression, meaningful client impact, and strong professional growth potential.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Prepare detailed analyses for retirement, estate planning, education funding, and equity compensation

    + Build and maintain financial plans using eMoney and other planning tools

    + Research tax updates and economic developments to support client strategy

    + Assist with meeting preparation and coordinate with external advisors and partners

    + Monitor client financial situations and help implement planning recommendations

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + 2–4 years of experience in public audit, tax, and/or fund operations (must‑have)

    + Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

    + Excellent communication skills and strong organizational ability

    + A proactive, curious self‑starter with a problem‑solving mindset
