Description

Robert Half is working with a leading organization that is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to join their legal department. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in advising business leaders and ensuring compliance within a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

+ Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

+ Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and compliance requirements.

+ Support mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.

+ Conduct legal research and stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting the business.

+ Manage relationships with external counsel as needed.

+ Assist with dispute resolution and litigation management.

Requirements

+ Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership required.

+ 4+ years of relevant legal experience, with at least 2 years in-house or advising corporate clients.

+ Strong background in corporate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.

+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
