    Description

    A client of ours is looking for an HR Director to join their team for a contract to hire role. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, possesses strong leadership skills, and has a comprehensive understanding of employee relations, benefits management, and HR compliance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving human resources strategies that align with organizational goals.

    Responsibilities of HR Director

    • Oversee and manage all aspects of employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

    • Lead the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings.

    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

    • Manage compensation structures and ensure equity across roles within the organization.

    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

    • Conduct regular audits of HR practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.

    • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.

    • Handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism.

    • Deliver training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and engagement.

    • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within systems.

    Requirements

    Qualifications of HR Director

     

    + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    + 8+years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles

    + Extensive experience in employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts effectively.

    + Proven expertise in managing benefits programs and compensation structures.

    + Thorough knowledge of HR compliance requirements and labor laws.

    + Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

    + Proficiency in managing HR systems and maintaining data accuracy.
