• Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

    Description

    + Analyze, document, and gather detailed business requirements from functional users and field sales teams that aren't tech savvy.

    + Translate business needs into clear, concise technical specifications for development teams.

    + Perform data analysis and ensure data quality within Salesforce.

    + Utilize excellent Excel skills (e.g., Vlookups) for data manipulation and reporting.

    + Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce solutions.

    + Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including sales teams.

    Requirements

    Required Skills & Experience:

    + Solid experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

    + Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) as part of a core Salesforce product.

    + Proven ability in requirements gathering and visualization using tools like Figma or similar.

    + Excellent communication skills capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals, especially field sales teams!

    + Strong solutioning mindset and the ability to articulate and design solutions.

    + Proficiency in Excel (e.g., Vlookups).

    + Ability to import and export metadata and manage data quality within Salesforce is a MUST

    Must Haves:

    + Hands on experience in updating Meta data and data import/export

    + Good experience in Sales Cloud, SOQL

    + Excel VLOOKUP skills

    + Experience in data quality management in a Salesforce environment

    + Demonstrated experience in requirement gathering and user story development

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 5-10+ years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role within a Salesforce environment.

    + Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

    + Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role.

    + Understanding of APEX programming a plus.

    + Experience with reporting and dashboard requirements in Salesforce.

    + Experience with illustration tools such as Figma

    Work Environment & Schedule:

    + Hybrid model: Expect to be onsite 3 days per week at their office off of Cumberland Parkway in Vinings

    + Business casual dress code.
