Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Perris, California. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to grow within the organization while handling essential financial tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and payment applications.

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections.

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and payments.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including verifying proper tax application on shipping.

• Utilize NetSuite to accurately record and track financial data.

• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns.

• Identify and address process inefficiencies to improve workflow.

• Support training initiatives and adapt to new responsibilities as the role evolves.

• Maintain organized records and documentation for reporting purposes.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations. Requirements • Proficiency in accounts receivable processes, including billing and collections.

• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting software.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently without micromanagement.

• Excellent communication skills to address issues and provide updates.

• Experience in commercial collections and cash applications.

• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
