    Description

    We are seeking a professional and resilient Call Center Specialist to join a high-volume customer support team in Escondido. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys helping people solve problems, and maintains a calm, professional demeanor under pressure. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing inbound calls, resolving concerns, and ensuring each interaction reflects a high standard of service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems while engaging with callers in real time.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls daily

    + Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures

    + Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters as needed

    + Document call details and resolutions accurately in CRM systems

    + Maintain call quality, professionalism, and efficiency standards

    + Follow call scripts while adapting to unique customer needs

    + Meet performance metrics including call handling time and customer satisfaction

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of call center or high-volume customer service experience

    + Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

    + Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence

    + Ability to multitask across systems while on live calls

    + Proficiency with CRM and call management software

    + Reliable attendance and ability to work set schedules
