• Contracts Administrator - Part Time

    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with a national health care services company to find a Contracts Administrator to join their in-house legal team. This candidate will assist the SVP, Legal and Secretary with contract administration and support with additional legal projects as needed. This is a fantastic chance for you to build legal experience and collaborate closely with the in-house legal team of a notable company. This role is part time and in office Tuesday - Thursday. It can start immediately!

    Responsibilities:

    • Draft, review, redline, and manage franchise agreements, vendor contracts, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.

    • Oversee the contract lifecycle, including intake, distribution, execution, and tracking.

    • Monitor and coordinate litigation matters, as needed.

    • Potential for role to expand to assist with regulatory compliance and corporate governance tasks.

    Details of Role:

    + Contract

    + Part time, ~30-hour work week.

    + Tuesday - Thursday onsite in Scottsdale office

    + Starts immediately

    Requirements

    • Paralegal Certificate a plus

    • Legal background with interest in getting in-house exposure.

    • Proficiency in drafting contracts.

    • Excellent judgment and ability to balance legal risks with business objectives.
