Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Oakland. In this contract-to-permanent Executive Desktop Support role, you will play a key part in delivering technical assistance and resolving hardware and software issues for end-users. This Executive Desktop Support position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This Executive Desktop Support role is an on-site position. We are looking for someone with strong Mac support and some windows support.

Responsibilities:

+ Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end-user productivity.

+ Provide comprehensive support for software applications, including troubleshooting and installation.

+ Manage and maintain Mac OS systems efficiently, ensuring optimal performance.

+ Utilize Jamf Pro to oversee device management and implement security protocols.

+ Assist in configuring and upgrading operating systems, including Windows OS.

+ Deliver technical guidance on the use of productivity tools such as Office.

+ Collaborate with team members to address complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.

+ Document resolutions and maintain accurate records of service requests.

+ Ensure compliance with organizational standards and protocols in all technical operations.

+ Provide timely support to users in person, remotely, and through ticketing system

Requirements

+ At least 5 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.

+ Proficiency in Mac OS and experience managing devices using Jamf Pro.

+ Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and associated protocols.

+ Familiarity with Office applications and other productivity software.

+ Experience supporting Intune and Okta.

+ Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting hardware issues and performing repairs.

+ Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate technical information effectively.

+ Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills for tracking service requests.

+ Commitment to delivering high-quality technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
