Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support legal operations in Ambler, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will handle administrative and legal tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with filing procedures. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills who can manage documentation and occasional courier duties.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to filing procedures.

• Manage scheduling and calendaring for legal meetings and deadlines.

• Handle electronic filing (e-Filing) for court and IRS tax matters.

• Coordinate civil litigation filings with precision and attention to detail.

• Conduct legal filings in local counties and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.

• Perform light courier tasks, such as mailing packages or picking up office supplies.

• Facilitate quarterly in-person meetings or pickups within driving distance.

• Maintain communication with legal teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials.

• Assist in administrative duties to streamline legal operations. Requirements • Previous experience with e-Filing and court filings.

• Familiarity with civil litigation processes.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage schedules and deadlines.

• Knowledge of IRS tax procedures and legal documentation.

• Ability to perform occasional courier tasks, requiring local travel.

• Proficiency in handling legal filings across multiple jurisdictions.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with legal teams.
