    Description

    Are you an organized and motivated paralegal seeking a new opportunity to apply your legal expertise? Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a skilled General Paralegal to support their dynamic legal team across a variety of practice areas.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide comprehensive support to attorneys on matters including litigation, contract law, real estate, and corporate transactions

    + Prepare, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, agreements, and correspondence

    + Perform legal research, gather case materials, and draft memoranda or summaries

    + Assist with discovery, document production, and maintaining case files and databases

    + Schedule meetings, hearings, depositions, and maintain attorney calendars

    + Effectively communicate with clients, courts, and other parties regarding case status and documentation requests

    Requirements

    + At least 2 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department

    + Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software

    + Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

    + Effective written and verbal communication abilities

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
