    Overview

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Bilingual Spanish HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations and serve as a key point of contact for employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys administrative HR work, and is passionate about providing excellent employee support in both English and Spanish.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Serve as a primary HR contact for employees, responding to inquiries in both English and Spanish

    + Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and system access

    + Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases

    + Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and tracking applicant data

    + Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment support, and employee questions

    + Help coordinate training sessions, compliance requirements, and internal communications

    + Support payroll and timekeeping processes by auditing data and resolving discrepancies

    + Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices

    + Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) required

    + 1–3 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role

    + Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

    + Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HRIS experience preferred

    + Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

    + Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance is a plus

     

    Preferred Skills

     

    + Experience supporting a diverse or bilingual workforce

    + Prior experience with onboarding, benefits administration, or recruitment coordination

    + Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
