    Your Impact:

    + Payroll Precision: Manage weekly and biweekly payroll for multiple operating companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

    + Financial Excellence: Reconcile payroll accounts, maintain records, and contribute to audits and expense forecasting. Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

    + Efficiency Focus: Establish payroll performance metrics, identify automation opportunities, and support special projects in partnership with HR, Finance, and IT.

    + Trusted Partner: Respond promptly to payroll inquiries from staff, managers, and auditors.

    Requirements

    What You Bring:

    + Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (with accounting/finance emphasis)

    + 2–4 years’ experience in payroll processing and operational accounting

    + Experience with ADP or Workday payroll systems preferred

    + Solid understanding of payroll compliance, taxes, and reporting

    + Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, vLookups); familiarity with ERP/general ledger systems (Oracle/Kronos preferred)

    + Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills
