    Job Requirements

    + Must make outbound calls daily and set appointments.

    + Must speak to customers daily and get involved in transactions by closing deals.

    + Must manage and train Sales Team on sales processes and procedures.

    + 3-5 yrs. experience as a dealership Sales Manager, REQUIRED.

    + Hyundai brand experience PREFERRED, but not required.

    + Must be proactive and a high performer.

    The California pay range for this position is $200,000.00-250,000.00 annually.

     

    This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
