    Sterling Exotics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Service Technician to join our elite team in Sterling, Virginia. This is a rare opportunity to work hands-on with some of the most prestigious and performance-driven vehicles in the world—including Lamborghinis, McLarens, and Rolls-Royces.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on ultra-luxury and exotic vehicles

    + Ensure all work meets the highest standards of performance, safety, and brand quality

    + Use factory diagnostic tools, service manuals, and technical software

    + Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation

    + Collaborate with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians

    + Treat every vehicle with white-glove care and attention to detail

    Requirements:

    + 5+ years of professional technician experience, preferably with exotic or ultra-luxury vehicles

    + Prior experience working on brands such as Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, or Bentley is strongly preferred

    + Advanced diagnostic and electrical systems knowledge

    + ASE certifications or OEM-specific training a plus

    + Strong work ethic and commitment to quality

    + Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
