Job Description
Our Company:
SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.
Responsibilities:
+ Clarifications and Facility Call Check-Ins.
+ Out-of-Stock/Not Available Calls.
+ Back-Up Pharmacy and Script Transfers.
+ Verbal Phone Requests and Refills.
+ Communication with Billing Department.
+ Reports
+ Proof of Delivery (POD) Management.
Qualifications:
+ Active OH Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed.
+ Previous experience in pharmacy.
+ LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
+ Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
+ Great telephone etiquette a must.
+ Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
Shifts: All Monday- Friday and Every Other Weekend
+ 8am-4:30pm
+ 9am-5:30pm
+ 4pm-12:30am
+ 5pm-1:30am
+ 10pm-6:30am
