    Description

    Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of experience in Shipping

    • Able to work most Saturdays and some Sundays (50+ hrs/week)

    • Past experience managing people

    • Great attendance

    • Highly motivated

    **Hours:** B Shift

    Position Description:

    • Read and analyze work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs

    • Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions

    • Ensure products are loaded on the trailers correctly and in a timely manner

    • Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training

    • Observe work and ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards

    • Motivate and manage a large group of employees

    • Interpret specifications, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers
