Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Application Development Manager to lead and manage the development and integration of enterprise applications. This role requires strong expertise in Procore and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, .NET technologies, and Microsoft Power Apps. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions, managing development teams, and driving integration initiatives that support business operations.
Essential Functions:
+ Application Development Leadership:
+ Oversee the management and maintenance of current.NET and Power Apps applications in the Pike Portfolio.
+ Continue the advancement of Procore in the Pike application portfolio including Procore enhancements, additional integrations with current applications and advancing utilization across the business.
+ Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
+ Procore & ERP Integration:
+ Experience developing custom Procore applications and integrations using Procore APIs (REST/SOAP) to streamline field-to-office data flow for project management.
+ Integrated Procore with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and accounting systems, automating change order processing and improving financial tracking accuracy.
+ Built custom Procore workflows and dashboards (using Procore's tools or Power BI) to visualize project progress, risks, and resource allocation for leadership.
+ Manage integration projects between Procore and other systems with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion / Procore integrations.
+ Optimize workflows and data synchronization across platforms.
+ General Application Development
+ Designed and deployed scalable, multi-tiered web applications for construction management, enhancing user experience and data accessibility.
+ Developed robust data extraction scripts (Python, SQL) from Procore and other construction data sources, fueling business intelligence initiatives.
+ Implemented CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) for rapid deployment of custom construction software, reducing release cycles.
+ Troubleshot and resolved complex issues within software platforms, ensuring high system availability and minimal downtime.
+ SDLC & Methodologies: Agile, DevOps, full-cycle development.
+ Team Management:
+ Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
+ Allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
+ Develop partnerships with key suppliers to continue enhancements to the Pike application portfolio to meet changing business needs.
+ Project Execution:
+ Plan and execute application development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
+ Monitor progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders.
+ Stakeholder Collaboration:
+ Work closely with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
+ Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
+ Must Have Experience:
+ 7+ years in application development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
+ Hands-on experience with Procore.
+ Strong understanding of ERP integration and enterprise architecture.
+ Skills:
+ Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Preferred Attributes:
+ Experience in construction or energy infrastructure industries.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, .Net Framework and Power Apps
+ Familiarity with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices.
+ Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
