Territory Sales Specialist – Medical Device Sales

About the Role
We are hiring a Territory Sales Specialist to support and grow our medical device business across Texas, with a primary focus on Houston. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career medical sales professional who wants real responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to represent high-quality, premium medical technology in a fast-growing environment.

Territory & Travel
+ Location: Houston, TX
+ Territory: Texas
+ Travel: Approximately 75% field-based travel
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and grow relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers, primarily within ASCs
+ Execute sales calls, product demonstrations, and in-service trainings
+ Drive product adoption and revenue growth within the assigned territory
+ Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
+ Manage territory planning, scheduling, and follow-up independently
+ Share market insights, ideas, and customer feedback with internal teams
+ Represent the company with professionalism, authenticity, and enthusiasm
Qualifications
+ 1–3 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience
+ Experience selling outside of the operating room preferred
+ ASC sales experience strongly preferred
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
+ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
