The Neighborhood Department is actively seeking one (1) Code Contract Compliance Manager.

This position reports to the Chief of Municipal Code Compliance. The primary purpose of this position is to manage the contracting section of the division, which includes nuisance abatement and demolition contracts and coordination of the Code Enforcement Board activities.
Examples of Work
Primary responsibilities include the following:
+ Monitors the productivity of the contract compliance and clerical sections.
+ Oversees the processing of requests for Settlement of Administrative Fines and the collection and processing of payments.
+ Reviews and responds to complaints and inquiries regarding abatement, liens, and fines.
+ Coordinates the Code Enforcement Board activities.
+ Communicates clear direction, manages for results and leads organizational change.
+ Assigns responsibility, takes corrective action, demonstrates leadership in evaluating, developing and motivating employees.
Open Requirements/Supplemental Information
+ Seven (7) years of education and/or professional experience in administration support or related field.
+ Two (2) years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
