Overview
The Blender/Batching Tech will combine raw materials for the production of finished beverage products within formula specifications by controlling the blending process and thermal systems.
Key Job Responsibilities
+ Responsible for mix/use chemicals, sanitation, system clean-up and report material usage
+ Blend ingredients to formula quality standards,
+ Monitor and control thermal processing,
+ Maintain Good Manufacturing Principles (GMP),
+ Conduct analytical quality testing and report results,
+ Troubleshoot equipment/ingredient problems,
+ Mathematically calculate batch corrections,
+ Proper documentation of all daily activities,
+ Perform preventive maintenance checks on all related equipment,
+ Perform product changes when necessary,
+ Work assigned shifts, as determined by business needs, in accordance with work-week
+ Support safety and quality Initiatives
+ Perform other tasks as required
Education and Additional** **Requirements
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Ability to understand and communicate instructions in English
+ Previous experience in a manufacturing/food production environment

Pay Range:$51,480 - $62,920
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
