    Role Summary:

    We are seeking a visionary and results-driven executive to lead our Advanced Packaging Product Line. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our packaging technologies and driving strategic growth across global markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for full P&L ownership, investment strategy, customer engagement, and execution excellence.

     

    Reporting directly to the SVP of Ultra Low Power Product Line, you will define and execute the roadmap for advanced packaging, aligning with corporate objectives and market demands. You will lead cross-functional teams, foster innovation, and ensure operational rigor to deliver differentiated solutions to our customers. This role requires a blend of technical depth, commercial insight, and leadership agility to scale the business and capture emerging opportunities.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    + P&L Ownership: Lead and manage the financial performance of the Advanced Packaging Product Line, ensuring profitability and growth.

    + Strategic Investment Leadership: Define and execute investment strategies aligned with long-term business goals and technology roadmaps.

    + Customer Pipeline Development: Build and expand a robust customer pipeline by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing strategic deals.

    + Market Engagement: Collaborate with end markets to understand evolving needs, position solutions effectively, and drive adoption.

    + Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with R&D, operations, sales, and marketing to align execution with strategic objectives.

    + Team Building: Attract, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.

    Other Responsibilities:

    Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

    Required Qualification:

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.

    + 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, advanced packaging, or related high-tech industries.

    + Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering business growth.

    + Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

    + Strong customer orientation with experience in building and closing strategic partnerships.

    + Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

    Preferred Qualification:

    + Master’s degree or MBA.

    + Experience in leading product lines within advanced packaging technologies

    + Global business experience, including working with international customers and teams.

    + Familiarity with end markets such as mobile, automotive, data center, or industrial applications.

    + Experience in scaling product lines from early-stage development to high-volume production.

     

    Expected Salary Range

     

    $214,200.00 - $406,500.00

     

    The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
