Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Enterprise Architect to provide strategic and hands-on architectural leadership for a modern SaaS-based ERP implementation. This role is critical in shaping an enterprise-grade ERP ecosystem that is scalable, secure, interoperable, and aligned with organizational standards, while intentionally limiting unnecessary customizations.

As a trusted architectural leader, you will partner closely with business, functional, technical, and infrastructure teams to ensure the ERP solution supports both current operational needs and long-term enterprise growth.

Key Responsibilities

+ Define, own, and govern ERP solution architecture across applications, integrations, data, and security domains

+ Ensure ERP designs align with enterprise IT standards, architectural principles, and best practices

+ Lead architectural collaboration across functional, technical, and infrastructure teams

+ Guide architectural decision-making, design reviews, and change control processes

+ Ensure ERP solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and supportable over the long term

+ Evaluate trade-offs between configuration and customization to minimize technical debt

+ Support integration strategies between ERP platforms and downstream/upstream enterprise systems

Required Qualifications

+ 7+ years of experience in ERP solution architecture or enterprise architecture roles

+ Strong background in SaaS platforms, system integrations, and data architecture

+ Proven experience designing and governing complex, enterprise-scale systems

+ Deep understanding of architectural frameworks, standards, and governance models

+ Ability to communicate architectural concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience working in public sector or regulated environments

+ Background in hybrid cloud or large-enterprise architecture initiatives

+ Familiarity with long-term ERP modernization or transformation programs
