Responsibilities will include:

+ Assess resident/patient health problems and needs

+ Develop and implement nursing care plans

+ Maintain medical records

+ Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients

+ May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management

Job Details

Requirements:

+ RN degree from an accredited college or school of nursing

+ New York State license as Registered Professional Nurse

+ Two years of clinical nursing experience preferred

+ One year geriatric experience preferred

+ BCLS /CPR certification required

Salary Range

USD $45.12 - USD $60.00 /Hr.

The pay for this position ranges from $45.12 - $60.00 per hour/ per year.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/ incentive , differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
