STATUS: Per Diem

SCHEDULE: Per Diem , Monday- Friday; 7:30 am - 4 pm.

SUMMARY:

+ Stocks room appropriately while rotating supplies based on expiration dates, including Emergency response equipment

+ Ensures that all regulatory logs are completed daily

+ Uses team effort to accomplish room turnover within acceptable timeframes. Primarily responsible for the cleanliness and safety of the environment for staff and patients.

+ Safely and efficiently transports patients to and from the department in a safe manner, according to hospital standards.

+ Assists with the ambulation, transferring, or lifting of patients

+ Performs clerical duties, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents.

+ Answers and returns phone calls, completes safety screening forms/history forms, and communicates with the care team as needed.

+ Provides safe and competent care for patients with a relationship to elimination & hygiene needs, including bathing and changing bed linens as needed while the patient is in the Radiology department..

+ - Demonstrates compassion and any other kind of support needed for the patient and the patient family members

+ -Demonstrates mission and values of the organization

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

ATTRIBUTES:

+ Minimum Qualifications:

+ One year of patient care experience preferred

+ Basic Computer skills required

+ Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

H - Heavy Work - Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Requires constant walking, standing or squatting.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant.
