    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Prepare surfaces for painting such as sanding, cleaning, and applying primer

    + Select and mix paints to match colors and textures

    + Safely operate painting equipment and tools

    + Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Proven experience as a painter

    + Ability to climb ladders safely

    + Proficiency in operating man lifts

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Knowledge of building and facilities maintenance practices is a plus

    + Painting techniques and processes

    + Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes

    + Ability to work independently and in a team

    + Good physical condition and stamina to handle manual labor

    + Excellent time management skills

    + Valid driver's license
