About the role This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility to include floors, toilets, sinks, walls, and windows, restocking supplies in restrooms, and removing rubbish. Responsibilities Supports a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures Cleans and stocks all restrooms Cleans assigned offices Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming Gathers and empties trash from assigned locations Cleans windows as needed Follows procedures for the safe preparation and use of various types of cleaners to prevent damage to floors and fixtures Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs in order to carry out the essential functions of the position Ability to use floor scrubbers and carpet shampooing machines Ability to work independently Ability to communicate in verbal and written English Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Prior industrial cleaning experience preferred Travel Minimal travel is required What We Offer For more information about benefits, please go to: https://careers.leviton.com/benefits Leviton is an EEO/AA Employer.
