• Body Shop Estimator & Production Supervisor

    PennFleet Corp (Boothwyn, PA)


    We are seeking an experienced, energetic estimator and supervisor for our body shop in the Delaware County area.

    Responsibilities:

    + Estimate/supplement writing for all necessary repair orders including labor and parts

    + Obtaining competitive parts price quotes

    + Repair selling, problem-solving, negotiating with insurance and customers

    + Managing body and paint production schedule and efficiency of all technicians

    + Working with technicians to ensure the best repair plan is developed for each job

    + Daily management of technicians and production of body shop

    + Ensure quality control process on all completed jobs

    Requirements:

    + Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors

    + Leadership qualities

    + Strong attention to detail

    Preferred but not Required Experiences:

    + At least three years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator. Heavy Duty Truck experience is preferred

    + Experience managing other technicians is preferred

    + Experience with estimating software such as Mitchell, Adjustrite, TruckEst or CCC preferred
