What You’ll Do
+ Support production teams in improving processes, equipment design, and material handling.
+ Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving to enhance safety, quality, and performance.
+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase yield and reduce cycle time.
+ Collaborate on equipment design, specification, and installation projects.
+ Review daily production performance and recommend corrective actions.
+ Contribute to global R&D efforts for process development and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
+ Currently pursuing a **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering** (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related field).
+ Junior or Senior standing with at least **four semesters completed** .
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** ; experience with **SolidWorks** and **AutoCAD** preferred.
+ Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
