Job Description:

What You’ll Do

+ Collaborate with **customers and vendors** to create and refine ampoule designs.

+ Develop, implement, and train operators on **cleaning, filling, inspection, and repair procedures** .

+ Manage **ampoule and valve inventory** , maintaining ERP and external databases accurately.

+ Support **High Volume Manufacturing scale-up** , gathering operator feedback for continuous improvement.

+ Troubleshoot customer inquiries and optimize processes for efficiency and safety.

What You Bring

+ BS in Mechanical Engineering or similar.

+ 5+ years’ experience in chemical or manufacturing environments.

+ Strong knowledge of **material construction, chemical compatibility, and cylinder/valve design** .

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.

+ Detail-oriented with ERP/database experience and a passion for **process improvement** .

• Drive innovation and process excellence in a role where design, engineering, and manufacturing intersect.

The salary range for this position is $105,000-$145,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
