Job Description:

What You’ll Do

+ Organize workforce, materials, and machines to complete production plans.

+ Train, coach, and motivate operators on **safe work practices** and company procedures.

+ Monitor quality standards through operator inspections and testing.

+ Manage workforce schedules, machine utilization, and material consumption.

+ Conduct performance reviews, mentor staff, and foster **team morale and development** .

+ Drive **continuous process improvement** to optimize operations.

+ Maintain required certifications, including forklift operation.

What You Bring

+ High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

+ 3+ years manufacturing experience; supervisory experience a plus.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

+ Strong math, communication, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.

• Lead a team, ensure quality, and drive excellence on the production line with Mitsubishi Chemical.

The salary range for this position is $73.050-$91,312. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
