Quality Analyst II

Shift: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Salary: $24.00-$30.00 HR

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Analyst II with strong experience in metrology and inspection techniques to join our quality assurance team. This role requires hands-on use of precision measurement tools and CMMs, as well as the ability to interpret results and ensure product compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform inspections using precision measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, optical comparators, etc.)

+ Independently conduct inspections with minimal supervision.

+ Interpret and apply GD&T to inspection activities.

+ Operate and interpret results from Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).

+ Make minor edits to CMM programs as needed.

+ Conduct AS9102 First Article Inspections (FAIs) and complete related documentation.

+ Document non-conforming product in accordance with company directives.

+ Summarize quality control data and report results to management.

+ Support a culture of safety and quality excellence.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality or related field.

+ Strong working knowledge of metrology and measurement techniques.

+ Experience with inspection tools and GD&T.

+ Familiarity with AS9102 FAI requirements.

+ CMM programming or editing experience is a plus.

+ Experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.

Pay Transparency

The starting hourly range for this position is $24.00-$30.00. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
