Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

+ Safety: Perform all work safely for self and others; promptly report incidents, injuries, or near misses; comply with PPE and safety procedures.

+ Quality: Ensure high-quality work without deviation from approved processes; report defects and non-conformities; participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

+ Documentation: Generate and maintain accurate quality records, including process travelers, inspection records, and non-conformance reports.

+ Certification: Achieve and maintain certification in one or more work centers.

+ Production: Process products efficiently and accurately while meeting delivery schedules.

+ Inspections: Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with procedures.

+ System Maintenance: Report equipment operating in unsafe or out-of-spec conditions.

+ Calibration: Report tools or equipment due for calibration to ensure compliance.

+ Continuous Improvement: Participate in defect resolution, preventative actions, and improvement initiatives.

+ Special Projects: Complete assignments as directed by leadership.

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ Ability to read and understand job travelers/routers and documentation sign-off processes

+ Basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, ERP systems)

+ Proficiency in part handling and damage prevention techniques

+ Familiarity with visual inspection techniques and rejection criteria

+ General understanding of cleanroom protocols

+ Safe use of basic hand tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, multimeters, etc.)

+ Basic math and geometry skills (e.g., measuring distances, thickness, heights, volumes)

_The hourly range for this position is $19 – 23 an hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting._
