    Job Description

    This position requires standing for the entire work shift. You will receive training on the operation of various production equipment, including:

     

    + Print Equipment

    + Pressure Sealers

    + Inserting Equipment

    + Meter Mailing Machines

    + FedEx/UPS Shipping Workstations

    + Folders, Binders, Cutters

    + Ink Jet Machines

    Responsibilities:

    + Print checks, cards, inserts, and other materials for distribution using automated printing and inserting machines.

    + Follow company operational procedures and policies to ensure accurate, high-quality work is completed in a timely manner.

    + Mailroom operations

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Entry-level clerical role.

    + Applies basic skills and may develop advanced skills using job-specific tools and equipment.

    + Duties and tasks are standardized; routine questions and problems are resolved independently, while complex issues are referred to higher levels.

    + Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures and written instructions.

    + Typically requires less than 1 year of experience in an office setting and/or experience with machine-processed print and insert operations.

    + 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (or 12:30 PM start time)

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
