Overview

A Desktop Support Technician is needed to join a team of six DTS professionals providing onsite technical support to more than 400 users across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide hands‑on desktop support in an enterprise environment, including troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and standard productivity applications.

+ Image, configure, and deploy laptops and desktops using SCCM, MEM, Intune, or similar enterprise management tools.

+ Install, update, and maintain software, patches, and security updates.

+ Support and troubleshoot a wide range of peripherals, including printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment.

+ Perform hardware swaps, workstation setups, and new‑user onboarding.

+ Deliver responsive, customer‑focused technical assistance across multiple sites.

Required Experience

+ Several years of in‑person desktop support in a mid‑sized or large enterprise environment.

+ 3+ years of experience imaging and deploying systems using SCCM/MEM/Intune or equivalent tools.

+ 3+ years supporting common office peripherals (printers, mobile devices, A/V equipment, etc.).

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills

+ Active Directory (user management, group membership, password resets)

+ Experience with deployment and imaging workflows

+ Familiarity with enterprise IT operations

This is a Contract position based out of Kenosha, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
