Position Overview Our healthcare client is seeking a Part-Time IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support across multiple ambulatory and specialty care locations. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a dynamic, multi-site environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Provide hardware and software troubleshooting in a Windows 10/11 environment • Perform PC imaging and deployments • Support Microsoft 365 applications and services • Handle break/fix repairs for desktops, laptops, printers, and tablets • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and inventory updates • Communicate effectively with site staff and escalate issues when necessary ________________________________________ Requirements • Experience: 2+ years in IT support or related field • Technical Skills: o Windows 10/11 administration o Imaging and deployment tools o Microsoft 365 support o Hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, tablets)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
