Level 1 Data Center Logistics Technician

As a Data Center Logistics Technician, you’ll be the backbone of global cloud infrastructure. What You’ll Do

+ Inventory & Audits: Perform spare part cycle counts and physical audits of data-bearing devices (DBDs).

+ Logistics Support: Manage shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

+ Hardware Handling: Receive, reconcile, and update assets in inventory systems.

+ Server Support: Conduct basic server repairs and troubleshoot failed components.

+ Fiber Maintenance: Clean fiber links and ensure optimal connectivity.

+ Rack & MOR Buildouts: Assist with middle-of-rack cabling and hardware installations.

+ Security & Compliance: Shred data-bearing devices and handle secure media disposal.

+ Power & Firmware: Perform power cycles, install software/firmware updates, and scope/test power and cable connections.

+ RMA Coordination: Process returns and collaborate with the logistics team.

+ Quality Control: Test, troubleshoot, and ensure all installations meet standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
