Our client, a leading distribution center in the healthcare industry, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate and Pallet Builder to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate and Pallet Builder, you will be on the front lines and an essential part of the warehouse operations ensuring orders are delivered on time. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate and Pallet Builder
**Location:** Plainfield, IN
Pay Range:
**Shift:** 1st shift 6am - 2:30pm - $18.50 per hour
2nd shift 2:45pm - 11:15pm $19.50 per hour
What's the Job?
+ Pull orders from conveyor systems to ensure accurate shipment processing
+ Pick and pack products onto pallets for shipment staging
+ Stack pallets securely to prepare for delivery
+ Lift and move product weighing up to 35 lbs safely and efficiently
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support safety and productivity

+ Credential requirements: 100039, 100065
+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Reliable and punctual work ethic
+ Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
