    Are you a recruiter seeking a new opportunity in the Spartanburg,SC area? We are looking for a recruiter to support our client, a global leader in Environmental Services. This company specializes in the management, treatment, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, offering a range of solutions across industries such as construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and energy. _This is a long-term/ W2 Contract position that will work onsite in Spartanburg, SC._ _You must reside in the Spartanburg market._

    What you need:

    + 3+ years of recruiting experience

    + High-volume recruiting experience

    + Experience recruiting within a high-volume fast-paced enviroment

    + Ability to provide consultative guidance, build strong relationships, and influence clients

    + Proven experience working directly with hiring managers and managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations

    + Strong time management skills and attention to detail

    + Strong effective communication skills
